In Naples the criminal organisation of Rapone, using a squad of criminals led by Vito, forces small industrialists and traders demanding payments. Don Francesco Gargiulo, owner of an arsenal, tries to oppose but is folded by Vito who kidnaps his son Marco and rapes his girlfriend Mary.
